Business Overview for Hotels
Get your Hotel added to our database . Then
when we require rooms in your area we will contact you via email with a request
for rooms form.
At that time you can fill out the form with your
availabilitly, rate, release date of the block, cancellation policy, etc.
When you submit the form back to us we consider that you have blocked the rooms
for the event. We then create a web page for each individual tournament or team with hotels listed with that
information as well as pictures, amenities and description. The teams can
block rooms with us on line and when we accept that block we
automatically send out a booking ID and password and a link to a secure
part of our site so that parents can individually book rooms on line, thus creating a rooming list.
At the release date we send you the rooming list with names, credit cards.
